1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and this Studio ("we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or accessing this site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. BOOKING AND FINANCIAL POLICY

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is mandatory to secure any appointment. This fee covers administrative costs, scheduling, and the artist’s preparation time.

Non-Refundable Nature: All deposits are final. By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you are reserving a professional time slot that cannot be easily re-booked on short notice.

Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and cash. All price estimates provided prior to the session are non-binding; final pricing is determined by the artist based on the final design, size, and duration.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Notice Period: To reschedule an appointment without losing your deposit, you must provide written notice at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the immediate forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your appointment without notice, the deposit is forfeited, and we reserve the right to charge the full estimated session fee to the card on file to compensate the artist for lost time.

Lateness: Arrival more than 20 minutes late may result in a cancelled appointment and a forfeited deposit at the artist's discretion.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driver’s License) is required at the time of the appointment. No exceptions will be made.

Health Disclosure: You are required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability before your session. You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions.

Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. If you arrive under the influence, your appointment will be terminated immediately, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Aftercare: You acknowledge that the healing process varies by individual. We are not responsible for the tattoo's outcome if the provided aftercare instructions are not strictly followed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MEDIA

Design Rights: All tattoo designs created by our artists remain their intellectual property. You are granted a license to wear the art for personal use. Commercial reproduction of the design is prohibited without written consent.

Media Consent: By entering the studio, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and social media purposes. Please notify us in writing upon arrival if you wish to opt-out.

6. PRIVACY POLICY & COMMUNICATION

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone number) only when necessary to provide our services. Data is collected by fair and lawful means with your knowledge and consent.

SMS Communication: By providing your phone number, you explicitly opt-in to receive SMS notifications, appointment reminders, and marketing updates from us. You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".

Data Protection: We implement commercially acceptable security measures to prevent data loss, theft, or unauthorized access. We do not share personally identifying information with third parties, except as required by law.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience, remember preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The materials on this website and the services provided are on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio and its independent contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties regarding the exact likeness of a tattoo to a reference image, as skin is a living organ and results vary.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Studio is physically located. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You hereby waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

9. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & VOUCHER POLICY

Immediate Discount: Clients participating in the promotion are eligible for a discount of up to $150 on their current session. The maximum discount applies specifically to full-day sessions. For shorter sessions, the discount will be applied proportionally (pro-rata) based on the session length.

Bonus Voucher Bundle: Upon completion and full payment of the promotional session, eligible clients receive a complimentary Voucher Bundle consisting of:

2x $50 Vouchers intended for Friends & Family use.

1x $50 Voucher intended for the Client's future follow-up or new session.

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

No Cash Value: These vouchers are promotional in nature ("Gift Vouchers"). They have no monetary cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.

Expiration: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers will not be honored or extended.

Usage: Vouchers cannot be combined (stacked) for a single session. Only one voucher may be redeemed per appointment. Vouchers cannot be combined with other active discounts or offers.

Issuance: Vouchers are issued only after the initial session is completed and fully paid.

10. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee subject to the following strict conditions:

Immediate Claim: To invoke this guarantee, the Client must state their dissatisfaction and request a refund immediately following the procedure and before leaving the studio premises.

Forfeiture of Claim: Once the Client leaves the physical location of the Studio, the guarantee is considered void. No refund requests will be accepted or processed after the Client has departed, regardless of the reason.

Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to "No-Shows" or cancellations. If a Client fails to attend their appointment, the standard deposit forfeiture policy applies.

Effect of Refund: If the guarantee is invoked and a refund is issued (or the final fee waived), the Client acknowledges that they waive any right to further service, touch-ups, or future bookings with the Studio.
